Cummins Facility Services (CFS) is looking for a District Manager to oversee our services in Ohio. CFS offers our clients the convenience of complete facility services with the bulk of the business being in janitorial services.
- Oversight of the day-to-day services to make sure jobs are coming in on budget, with high quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Directly manages accounts and area managers, this includes regular site visits.
- Ensure accounts are properly staffed and trained, this includes training of managers and supervisors
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
- Translate executive management and ownership vision into field operations
- Promote growth of team members to ensure ‘bench strength’ to include both in-house and outside vendor training to employees
- Grow the company thru additional sales to new and existing clients.
- College Degree Preferred
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Operations Management
- Demonstrated leadership
- Must be willing to travel up to 20% of the time. Position includes travel to the out of state accounts.
- Must work well under pressure
- Janitorial and/or floor crew experience preferred
