Community Event: December 13, 2025 - Holiday Trolley Tour of Historic Delaware

Holiday Trolley Tour of Historic City of Delaware. Board the Trolley bus and hear stories about selected historic places in the City of Delaware. Much of the tour will feature places and people of the late 1800’s. We will have other stories about life in the city in the early 1900’s as well. Discover the soul of Delaware, Ohio with a captivating riding tour through its most storied neighborhoods near downtown. This immersive experience brings history to life with live reenactors stationed at key locations, sharing tales and traditions from the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

What to Expect:
• Explore beautifully preserved buildings dating back to the 1880s through the early 1900s.
• The last stop on the tour will give you a chance to go into the beautiful historic St. Mary's Catholic church.
• Hear riveting stories of Delaware’s past from your knowledgeable tour guide
• Meet costumed characters who portray real figures from the city’s history • Visit iconic landmarks that shaped the cultural and civic life of Delaware Whether you're a history buff, a curious traveler, or a proud local, this tour offers a unique glimpse into the legacy that still echoes through the streets of our town.
